§1. General Information
The data controller is Topin Polska Sp. z o.o. with the address: ul.Perzycka 12, 60-182 Poznań, Poland, NIP: 7792524655. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, and the data is stored on secure servers. The terms are interpreted according to the glossary of the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy (if directly derived from the description). For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. Personal data provided in the landing page form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Controller
The service provider is the data controller for its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, position, workplace, and IP address. The service provider is also the data controller for individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those registered for webinars. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
b. according to the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and purpose necessary for the conclusion, shaping, modification, or termination of the Agreement and the proper provision of services electronically,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, provided that such processing does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of the data subject; in particular, processing is carried out based on your consent, for example, if you have subscribed to the newsletter or webinar.
Anyone whose data we process (if we are their controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing possible claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law obliges us to retain data. The service provider has the right to provide the user’s personal data and other data to authorized entities based on applicable legal provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The service provider does not disclose personal data to other entities than those authorized based on applicable legal provisions. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the consequences of a potential data security breach. §3. Cookies
The topin.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites. The collected information includes the IP address, type of browser used, language, operating system type, internet service provider, information about the time and date, location, and information sent to the website through the contact form. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the service, providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation.
