§1. General Information
§2. Data Controller
The service provider is the data controller for its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, position, workplace, and IP address. The service provider is also the data controller for individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those registered for webinars. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with personal data protection regulations,
c. to the extent and purpose necessary for the conclusion, shaping, modification, or termination of the Agreement and the proper provision of services electronically,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, provided that such processing does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of the data subject; in particular, processing is carried out based on your consent, for example, if you have subscribed to the newsletter or webinar.
Anyone whose data we process (if we are their controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Contact with the person overseeing the processing of personal data in the service provider’s organization is possible electronically at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing possible claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law obliges us to retain data. The service provider has the right to provide the user’s personal data and other data to authorized entities based on applicable legal provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or submitting a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The service provider does not disclose personal data to other entities than those authorized based on applicable legal provisions. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the consequences of a potential data security breach. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate. Setting and withdrawing consents is possible by contacting email@example.com.
